Winter Games Fractions

I don’t know about you, but in my house, once the Olympics start, they’re all I can focus on.  It’s always so engaging to see young people going for their dreams, and it’s such a sense of unity and pride for our country.

I wanted to incorporate the games into our classroom, and so I had an idea of using the medals alongside our current work on fractions.  I posted about it over on Owl-Ways be Inspired today.  Click the image below to head on over there to read more about it, and to grab the free recording sheet.  We’re posting ideas each day this week for using the Games in your classroom, so be sure to keep checking back!
