PURCHASES
Items are made-to-order and are placed in production queue after purchase and payment. Please allow for 10 business days BEFORE shipping. While most items ship well before the 10 business day time-frame, allow ample time for time-sensitive items.
For clothing, sizing charts are included in the product description. Please use this to determine the size you need of each different product.
All t-shirts are created direct-to-garment, meaning they are printed directly on using dyes rather than vinyl or other adhesive. This often leaves a vinegar-type smell, especially upon opening. The smell disappears after washing, and is minimal if left out for a few days after arriving.
SHIPPING
Shipping is done by product-type. You may have to receive different shipments for different product types, and, thus, pay additional shipping charges.
RETURNS
Because products are made-to-order, returns are handled on a purchase by purchase basis. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, please contact me at te***@ta**************************.com. If your product is defective, it will be remade and resent. If you want to exchange your product after purchasing, you will have to pay for return shipping and will be honored on a purchase by purchase basis after contact. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
All items must be exchanged with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed, within the 30 days of shipping date.
