First up, I’m so excited to be joining in on First Grade and Fabulous‘s Thanksgiving Recipes linky party.
So, the first recipe I’m sharing with you is for Apple Pie Moonshine. I understand that it may not be a typical Thanksgiving recipe. But, I know that many of you need some help to make it through the holidays so this might be the perfect addition to your recipe collection! Plus, it’s delicious!
It’s seriously one of my favorite drinks ever. I will warn you, though, it’s addicting. You can’t taste the Everclear. And then you stand up. And maybe fall down. Consider yourself warned!
I’m not a pumpkin pie fan. (Gasp! Shock! How un-American of me!) The texture is just too slimy for me. But I like the taste of pumpkin. One of my favorite things to make is pumpkin roll. I just use the recipe from Libby’s. You can find it by clicking the picture below.
I also make pumpkin cheesecake. I have NO idea where I got this recipe from but I have used it every year for the last ten years.

There are some great recipes being shared on the linky! Click the image above to go see the other posts and steal some great recipes. Thank you to DeAnne for hosting it!Speaking of Thanksgiving, I saw this adorable turkey clip art from The School Supply Addict and was inspired to make sight word coloring sheets
There are 3 different sets in the file: Dolch Pre-Primer, Primer, and First Grade. Each set includes 6-7 pages with each page practicing 5 words. They are ready to print and copy, so they’re a great last minute addition to your plans during Thanksgiving week.
